Finding Chatbots

The Chatbots Hub at chat.illinois.edu/chatbots lists the chatbots you can use. Sign in to see the ones shared with you.

Browsing

The hub groups chatbots into sections:

  • Your Bots — chatbots you own, administer, or are a member of, whatever their access level.
  • Course Assistants, Department Resources and Public Bots — public chatbots, grouped by the project type their builders tagged them with.

The Featured row shows a random selection of twenty public chatbots.

Searching and filtering

Use the search bar ("Search for chatbots...") to find a chatbot by name or description. The filter panel narrows the list by category, by privacy, and with Show My Bots, which limits the list to chatbots you have a role in.

Categories come from the tags builders set on their chatbot's Dashboard (project type and organization). To create your own, choose Create Your Own Bot and follow the Quickstart.
